Moving beyond software and industrial PLCs, I regularly design printed circuit boards (PCBs)
and build embedded prototypes. This hands-on integration of microcontrollers, analog sensors,
and custom 3D-printed chassis components allows me to bridge the gap between code and physical hardware.
> Active Bench Builds
Geiger Counter:
Designing a custom circuit to detect and measure ionizing radiation, processing the analog
sensor data into a clean digital readout.
Handheld Game Emulator:
Building a portable retro gaming console from the ground up. This involves integrating
display drivers, battery management, and custom input arrays on a compact footprint.
> Completed PCBs & Controllers
4-Axis Robotic Arm:
Engineered the control logic for SG90 micro servos using Arduino UNO and Nano R4 platforms,
complete with a custom PCB and custom-modeled components.
Paludarium Weather Monitor:
An automated controller built to manage a custom aquatic habitat. The logic monitors humidity
and temperature while simulating realistic sun cycles and cloudy weather patterns.
Solar Charge Controller:
A custom board designed to safely regulate voltage and current from solar panels to a battery bank.
Lighted Display Boxes:
Programmable LED arrays and power distribution boards designed for custom display pieces.
